The location was very central. Getting to shops and eateries was easy.
My 'Beautiful King Room' felt a bit OLD. the television reception was TERRIBLE, cutting out frequently. I ordered room service one night, but it never showed up.

i stayed for several nights and found the breakfast to be excellent. the christmas decorations throughout the hotel gave it a very pretty ambience. the staff were helpful .
I found the showers to have very little pressure and the drains clogged easily. there were no in-room movies available. the tv reception was dreadful. the signal cut out every few seconds. i also ordered room service that never arrived.

I found the staff exhibited genuine care and attentiveness. Their service definitely stood out. The location provided easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions. The grounds are beautifully maintained, a feature I particularly admired. It adds to the serene atmosphere.
The gym was closed for maintenance . It slightly affected my routine.

The breakfast buffet featured a WIDE selection of options, including both Asian and European dishes. The quality of food, in general, was quite good. The service at the restaurants was prompt and efficient. All orders were fulfilled accurately.

There are multiple swimming pools available on the hotel. Each pool offers ample space and a relaxing environment. The beachfront provides easy access to the sea. This is perfect for walks along the shore. There are four POOLS.

My room included a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The bathroom was clean. It was equipped with modern fixtures. The bed provided really good comfort. I slept well each night.
